Cixi carries out "Integration of Three Surveys" on a trial basis

Recently, Cixi issued the Implementation Measures for Efficient Combined Examination and Approval of Enterprise Investment Projects in Cixi and applied "Integration of Three Surveys" to such areas in projects of the city level as cadastral survey, planning survey and real estate mapping.
"Integration of Three Surveys" can help to integrate, share and optimize the data of cadastral survey, planning survey and real estate mapping. Enterprises can either choose an integrated agent which is qualified in cadastral survey, planning survey and real estate mapping or designate an agent to cooperate with other assistance agents to survey and co-submit their data to the relevant departments respectively for their approval. The agents that implement the "Integration of Three Surveys" should be qualified in topographic survey, planning survey, underground pipeline survey as well as real estate mapping and cadastral survey while conforming with the requirements of specified work limitation in the national mapping standards for the qualification grading.
According to Cixi Municipal Agency Service Center, the industrial production project with an annual output of 12,000 tons of pleurotus eryngii chose Cixi Land Surveying and Planning Institute to implement the "Integration of Three Surveys" when the project was completed. This agent verified the technical standards and regulations of finish construction survey, real estate mapping and cadastral survey, performed one-time charges and obtained three surveying results. Viewing from the results, the total fees and time have been reduced 20% and 30% respectively, showing a good effect.
Cixi Municipal Administrative Approval Management Office reveals that implementing "Integration of Three Surveys" can effectively avoid dispersed, conflicting and duplicate survey and mapping, reduce multipoint repeated surveys as well as improve their efficiency.
