"Wealth Management Center" to be built in Yinzhou

By September, there had been 89 financial institutions in Yinzhou District, including two small loan companies, five finance leasing companies, one public welfare loan transfer company, and 69 stock investment and management institutions. A financial institution aggregation area is now taking shape.
The "quantitative trading team", led by Lou Junlong, is one of the A class entrepreneurship project introduced to Yinzhou District. The high-end team, consisting of the top investment bankers from the Wall Street, the financial trading and calculating experts and the cloud computing network experts, is now settling down in the district.
"It is estimated that in the following three years, 100 to 300 private teams and related organizations will settle down, and the trading and management capital will exceed 10 billion yuan. With the accumulation of a group of prominent domestic private funds and capital management groups, a wealth management center with the total value of 100 billion yuan will be established in five years." said COO Lou Junlong confidently at the inauguration ceremony of the quantitative finance trading port at the end of October.
"The economic development in our district needs transformation and upgrading, as well as the platforms to make possible the interaction between capital and products, which will promote the development of the modern services in Yinzhou District and maximize the profit of the limited funds." said a related person from Yinzhou District Talent Affairs Office. By October, the total deposit of the district had reached 178.4 billion yuan, and the loan balance had been 156.6 billion yuan. The added value of the finance industry stood at 4.062 billion yuan, accounting for 20.04% of the service industry.
Next, Yinzhou District will make efforts to build the financial institution agglomeration area in Ningbo southern new town, and encourage and support the development of headquarters financial institutions. It will introduce the high-end financial institutions and background service institutions and support the development of the new-type financial institutions. With the focus on the introduction of various financial intermediary service institutions and the operation of the financial building, the district will vigorously attract the intermediary service institutions that provide enterprises with such services as going to the market, financing, financial backstage service and financial innovation.
