Over 10,000 privately-owned businesses successfully transformed

Recently learned from the Municipal Market Authority, for now, there have been about 10,000 individual businesses successfully transformed to enterprises and many of which have become more popular in the market. For example, ShiQiYonngYan Plastic Products Factory in Yinzhou.
Individual economy has always been an important part of the city's economy. Up to now, there are about 370,000 individual households, accounting for 64.4% of all households in the main market. Among which, a considerable part of individual businesses have more registered capital, bigger firm size ,and better management even than some small enterprises.
To guide the transformation of these self-employed businesses into enterprises is the main direction of the government now. The municipal Market Authority told us, since last year in the work of encouraging the individual households' transformation; we had carried out a series of supporting measures on tax, social security, and aspects of financial, and administrative licensing. In 2013, 9456 individual households have been successfully transformed, which is 205% of the year target and 82.2% of the three year goal.
"The successful transformation of individuals stimulated the enthusiasm of people to set their own business." said the official. In 2013, the newly opened domestic enterprises reached to 30,515 households with the registered capital of 136,247 billion Yuan, up 39.1% and 59.5% over the previous year. Within these transformed enterprises, the individual households accounted for 31.1%.
It is reported that this year the city government will not only encourage the qualified individual business's transformation but also help them in the upgrade on management and operation. Those eligible individual businesses can be transformed into cooperation business, achieving a "second transition".
