Ningbo’s first farmers’ school set up in Cixi

On the morning of June 24th, Cixi Farmers' School, which are supported by Cixi Technical Training School, Zhangqi Adult School and Changhe Adult School, was set up. The school headquarters in Cixi Technical Training School. The Farmers' School aims to integrate the resources of farmers' training in the city and speed up its transformation and upgrading. It is a non-profit education and training service institution, which will be guided by the government, supported by schools and participated by the society. With shared resources, innovative mechanism, improved efficiency, the school will build a platform for the government to buy services and organize the training of local farmers, so as to train them into high-quality farmers with techniques and skills of management or management talents of countryside construction with college degree or technical secondary degree. In the long run, the school will contribute to the new rural construction and the development of rural and urban integration.
