Ningbo to improve financing services

n response to the new policies of Zhejiang Provincial Administration of Industry and Commerce on reducing the load of enterprises, Ningbo Municipal Administration of Industry and Commerce said that Ningbo has already implemented some of the new policies. At present, the industrial and commercial administrative department of Ningbo is building a service platform for financial institutions, so as to speed up the approval procedure and reduce the load of enterprises.
In the first month this year, Zhejiang Provincial Administration of Industry and Commerce released new policies to further reform the administrative examination and approval system.
Some of the new policies have already been experimented and even implemented in Ningbo, including softening the terms for the registration locations. Years ago, Ningbo started the practice of issuing more than one business license to cultural innovative enterprises. In the end of 2012, the industrial and commercial administration of Ningbo started the on-line name registration. So far, over 700 enterprises have got their names registered. the installments of registration capital have already been implemented in Ningbo.
Of the new policy "on-line examination of full funding", the industrial and commercial administrative department of Ningbo is building a service platform for financial institutions, and it is to complete and put into use this March. According to the requirement of Zhejiang Provincial Administration of Industry and Commerce, the service platform for financial institutions will comprise three sub systems of capital verification, on-line annual examination and comprehensive credit granting. The platform aims to realize spontaneous examination of funding and reduce the time for capital verification.
