Ningbo to have domestic investment of 53 billion yuan in 2013

At the meeting held March 11 on economic cooperation of Ningbo, this year Ningbo will have domestic investment of 53 billion yuan fully funded, including the fully funded investment of 27.5 billion yuan by merchants of Zhejiang origin.
This year, in the work of domestic economic cooperation, Ningbo will concentrate on investment invitation and support to investment by merchants of Zhejiang origin. The key of the work is on the industries of energy saving, scientific innovation, ecological and environmental protection, high-end manufacturing, and modern service industries. From these industries, the city will try to introduce a number of favored projects.
Apart from investment introduction, the city will attract talents as well. For the New Materials Science Park, Ningbo will start the "2000 and 200" program, to attract 1,000 merchants of Ningbo origin, 10 million yuan of investment, 1,000 returned scholars and 100 talents. The city is planning for the establishment of a domestic investment promotion center.
The investment introduction platforms like Ningbo Week and so on will go on to play their leading role. In the first half this year, Ningbo Municipal Government will host the "Ningbo Week" in Nanjing, to promote industrial cooperation, agricultural products, imported commodities, tourism, science and technology and modern service industries.
