20th Ningbo International Expo of Housing Products to be held on Oct. 30

The 20th Ningbo International Expo of Housing Products will be held in Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center from October 30 to November 2. It is learned from the press conference that this Expo, under the theme of “Promoting New Industrialization of Architecture, Boosting Green Architectural Development”, is to help people understand the housing market and realize one-stop furniture shopping.
The exhibiting area of the Expo is 50,000 square meters, with 2,500 booths covering real estate, home decoration, kitchen utensils, ceramic sanitary ware, home furnishing, energy-saving building, windows, doors and pipelines, information appliances, new building materials and so on. During the Expo, the China Ningbo Real Estate Summit Forum will be held. Ding Zuyu, CEO of E-House China and China CRIC, and Zhong Wei, professor from Beijing Normal University and economist will present their in-depth analysis and interpretation on present property market, financial market, real estate policy, market trend, housing opportunities and challenges.
The Expo will focus on the transformation of dilapidated housing and carry out activities like exhibitions and sales of first and second-hand housing and special housing. Ningbo Real Estate, Evergrande Group, China Resources and other developers will bring their latest real estate.
The Expo will also bring about “Internet + Decoration” docking activities, presenting 1: 1 standard sample room exhibition. Different from the traditional decoration, “Internet + Decoration” will optimize and integrate the decoration line by omitting the intermediary agent and channel so that decoration will become simpler, more transparent and more delicate.
In addition, the Expo will exhibit passive green building materials and equipment at the same time. Building insulation system, green roof, energy-saving windows and doors, green pipes, lighting and other new architectural achievements will also be exhibited.
