Mr. Huang, the manager of the Ningbo branch of Zhejiang Xinyu Construction Company headed to the social affairs service hall to apply for the employment stability subsidies and unemployment insurance subsidies granted to medium-sized, small and micro enterprises. He could apply for nearly 5,000 yuan for his company.
The appliance work has just finished a few days ago. According to the government policy, more companies can apply for the unemployment insurance subsidies and the qualified companies can get subsidies equaling to 50 percent of their actual amount of payment. It is estimated that the companies handing in appliances totaled 236 companies, with a sum of subsidies of 233.5 thousand yuan.
It is learned that the newly recruited college graduates in medium-sized, small and micro enterprises can enjoy social insurance subsidies, as long as they are recruited within two years and have registered for employment and signed contracts lasting more than two years and one more condition is that their employers pay for their social insurances. If they are in line with these conditions, they can get subsidies according to the lowest standards of their basic pension, basic medical insurance and unemployment insurance.
