Busy season for talent recruitment

On September 27th, the busy talent recruitment season begun with the Autumn Talent Fair, which attracted 2300 job applicants.
At 9:30 in the morning, the talent fair has been already crowded with employers and job seekers. Most of the employers are from industries like electronics and machinery manufacturers. Some of the HR managers said that the period from autumn to the end of the year is their busiest season, and they will have many vacancies, especially technicians. Therefore, they would have recruitment after summer.
According to the statistics from the Municipal Talent Center, 341 companies participated in the talent fair, with 2100 positions and 6584 jobs. 2300 job seekers attended the fair. There is a great demand for jobs like marketing, public relations, production, commerce, trade and logistics.
Officers from the Municipal Talent Center said it will soon be the busiest season for recruitment. There will be altogether 20 recruitment fairs in October.
