All traffic nodes in urban areas got through

On the morning of October 13, the western elevated bridge at Tongtu Road reopened to traffic. With this, all traffic nodes in urban areas in Ningbo have got through.
The western elevated bridge on Tongtu Road was the most severely flooded place in the urban area of Ningbo, with the accumulated water amounting to about 120,000 cubic meters. With the day and night hard work of the city management department, the fire department of Ningbo and the firemen from Nantong and Wuxi of Jiangxi province, the accumulated water at the overpass was drained out early in October 13. With this, after the continuous intensive drainage, the water at all the overpasses in down town Ningbo was drained out.
By 13, the flood at 177 of the flooded living quarters receded. There is still some waterlogging in the basement of two living quarters in Haishu District and the drainage is going on.
When the accumulated water at the urban roads recede, the city management department is taking immediate action to clean the roads and streets in the urban areas.
At present, in the urban area, supply of water, gas, heat and telecommunication is all resumed. On October 13, the city management department repaired over 390 pot holes on the roads and all the street lighting has basically restored.
