While as for the home appliance enterprises, the program can effectively solve the conflict between production and inventory and thus revitalize the whole production process.

It is learned from Ningbo Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology on August 20 that from October 25 to 28, the 16th Ningbo International Fashion Fair will be held in Ningbo International Convention & Exhibition Center.
There will be six exhibition halls, including Men's Wear Pavilion, Women's Wear Pavilion, Kids' Wear Area, OEM Processing Area, Brand Sales Area, Textile & Garment Machinery Pavilion, Brand Franchising Area, Fashion Show Area and Creative Exhibition Area for Textile & Fabrics Trend. The local brands and enterprises will take up 50% of the 2000 booths, with 25% for other Chinese brands and enterprises and another 25% for international brands. 8500 professional purchasers from home and abroad, including 100 major trade groups, are invited to the exhibition.
This year's fair will release the Fall/Winter China Textile & Fabrics Trend (2013/2014), carry out the static fashion show and hold special fashion shows for domestic rising-star designers. As usual, there will also be the Apparel Dealers' Congress, the E-commerce Docking Meeting and the Global Sourcing Fair. Some kids' wear enterprises from Zhili Town of Huzhou, Wenzhou Garment Chamber of Commerce and some textile machinery enterprises from Taizhou will attend the exhibition. South Korean enterprises have reserved 20 booths for exhibition and booked three fashion shows. Some overseas exhibitors including the high-quality bespoken suit enterprises from the Savile Row (the UK) and some American designers will also take part in the fair.

Under the influence of the shrinking demand caused by the European debt crisis, Ningbo's import and export value of the first seven months this year declined compared with the previous year. Statistics from Ningbo Customs show that in the first seven months, the total import and export value stands at US$55.49 billion, down by 0.4% over the same period last year. To be specific, the export value is US$35.17 billion, up by 2.7%, and the import value is US$20.32 billion, down by 5.4%.
This year, the European debt crisis continues to worsen, leading to clearly shrinking market demands. In the first seven months, the export to the European Union, the biggest trading partner of Ningbo, was only US$9.1 billion, down by 7.6%, 10.3% lower than the growth of the total export value for Ningbo.
On the contrary, affected by various stimulus policies, the American market demand has restored a bit. The export value to the United States stood at US$6.7 billion, up by 12.6%, 9.9% higher than the growth of the total export value.
It is worth noting that the export business to some emerging markets is developing rapidly. For example, the export to ASEAN reached US$2.3 billion, up by 14.9%; the export to Russia reached US$1 billion, up by 8.4% and that to Brazil reached US$600 million, up by 14.3%

As the weathervane of Ningbo's automobile market, the 18th Auto Ningbo Fair is to be held from August 24 to 27 in Ningbo International Convention & Exhibition Center.
It is learned that this year's session has attracted over 100 exhibitors from a dozen of countries and regions from Europe, America, and Asia, including 70 complete vehicle enterprises and 30 automotive products enterprises, to display over 4000 vehicles. In addition, there are special exhibition areas for some used cars of specific brands, various kinds of automotive products and auto finance and insurance services.
During each year's session, there will be some launching ceremonies for some new cars, and this year is no exception. Over 20 new models, such as Volve V60T5, Land Rover XF London (limited edition), Roewe 950, Crown 2012, New Chrysler 300C, will hold some launching activities at the exhibition site during the fair.
Despite the current declining of auto sales, the public demand for imported cars is on the rise. To address this, in addition to the usual eight halls, Hall No. 9 will be open as the imported cars center, carrying out such activities as test driving pre-registration. It is learned that the center will become a all-year-round exhibition platform after the fair.
It is agreed by the insiders that at such an adjustment period, the consumer market is taking a wait-and-see attitude and many auto enterprises want to take advantage of the fair to improve their sales. Presumably, some important information and trend can be found from this year's auto fair.
