"Based on the enterprise engineering (technology) center, the innovative platform for talent accumulation, our company has attracted over 200 professional R&D personnel, which helps to speed up our steps of technological R&D, product development and patent and brand construction." said a person in charge from the Human Resources Department of Ningbo AirTAC.
In the past few years, Fenghua County has actively built the entrepreneurship and innovation platforms for enterprises and given full play to the accumulating role of the enterprise engineering (technological) centers in technological innovation. So far, there are 14 enterprise engineering (technological) centers at the provincial level, 68 at the municipal level and 118 at the county level. Over half of the introduced 3500 talents in 2014 are for the above mentioned enterprises, showing the talent accumulation effects of the platforms.
By September, there had been 1563 applications for patent and 138 granted patents, including 401 and 45 invention patents respectively. 338 products had applied as the new products at the municipal level, making the accumulative amount reaching 1347, while three products had been listed as key new products at the state level. Three enterprises had been selected into the list for the national innovative fund for small and medium-sized enterprises, leading to an accumulative number of 42.
