Team of 40 PhDs helps to develop Lishui

When speaking of the strategic cooperation agreement signed with Lishui PhDs Fraternity the day before at about 8 o’clock of July 7 on his way back to Ningbo, Xu Dingbao, Secretary General of Ningbo PhDs Fraternity, said, “This has made a good start for the intelligent cooperation between the two cities.”
That same day, 40 PhDs and entrepreneurs just concluded their two-day inspection of Lishui, and Xu’s words caused a chord among them. “Lishui is a big ecological city, and Ningbo is a strong port city. The two cities can integrate their talents, science & technology, and cultural resources, which will lead to the advantage supplementary, in-depth docking and exchange cooperation.” said Wu Xiangpeng, Vice-president of Ningbo City College of Vocational Technology and a member of the team.
