Let the goods take the train from the hinterland city to Ningbo Zhoushan Port, and then ship to the world, which is both environmentally friendly and punctual, and can also save a sum on freight after achieving normal operation. In recent years, China's cities have vigorously developed sea-rail combined transport, and Ningbo is at the forefront, with 1.452 million TEUs completed last year, a year-on-year increase of 20.6%, ranking second in the country's coastal ports. This year, the city's sea-rail combined transport has set a new goal: the container volume will exceed 1.6 million TEU, the normalized operation of trains will reach 25, the total number of dry ports will be 36, and the sea-rail intermodal transport

business will radiate to 16 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) and 65 cities across the country.

For the above goals, the city will promote through the implementation of six major projects: scale level improvement, demonstration creation and innovation, infrastructure expansion, support and guidance incentives, pairing to help common prosperity, and service optimization and efficiency.

Yiwu, Huzhou and other trains are one of the main forces of sea-rail combined transport, and the city will deepen cooperation with the Shanghai Road Bureau to further expand the scale of transportation: increase the intensity of cargo collection in key areas in the province, encrypt key trains in the province, and ensure the use of circular car bottoms; Optimize the construction of the provincial foreign cargo collection system, expand the scale of trains in Zhengzhou, Wuhan and other places, vigorously develop sea-rail intermodal transport business in traditional areas such as Nanchang and Luoyang, and continuously expand the sea-rail intermodal transport market in central and western regions such as Hunan, Hubei and Sichuan and the Yangtze River Delta region. At the same time, combined with the common wealth project, we will continue to promote the construction of Lishui and Quzhou dry ports, and build a comprehensive logistics system of multimodal transportation and logistics of public railway and water; Build a convenient and efficient logistics channel from Bengbu to Ningbo; Joining hands with Chongqing, Chengdu and other places to ensure the smooth flow of the "Belt and Road" transportation channel.

The construction of the railway will provide infrastructure guarantee for sea-rail intermodal transport. According to the plan, the Yongjin Railway will be completed this year to provide hardware support for the next double-deck container transportation test; This year, we will also strive to start the construction of the Beilun branch line double line and the Meishan railway branch line project, accelerate the construction progress of Yiwu Suxi container handling station, and strive to complete and put into use as soon as possible
