Riding the taxi getting more expensive again without improvements in service and cleanliness.

As you might have noticed, the taxis have gone up again by 1 Rmb.

However they are still failing to provide a proper service, especially during the office ending times.(4-6Pm)

It seams that earning some extra money is more important than providing a professional service to customers.Now we are paying 12 m like Shanghai but receive a treatment like 10 years ago. Ningbo has improved a lot, but not the taxi service.
