On November 26, at the 3rd Bamboo Township Leisure Festival held in Shaoxing, Ninghai County and Fenghua County signed a tourist cooperation agreement with the tourism bureau of Xinchang County of Shaoxing, symbolizing the beginning of the practice of the joint "package countryside leisure tour" to promote the regional tourism development.

At the launching ceremony that day, three towns and four scenic areas from the three counties reached agreements. Specifically speaking, the three towns are Shenzhen Town of Ninghai County with its forest spring attractions, Happy Valley Skiing Resort and ancient streets, Dayan Town of Fenghua County with the health care center, the flower-watching and photographing base and the mountaineering and camping base, and Qiaoying Town of Xinchang County with its famous "ten scenic spots".
