Fiscal revenue of Ningbo in 2012: 153.65 billion yuan

According to Ningbo Municipal Financial Bureau, in 2021, the financial income of Ningbo amounts to 153.65 billion yuan, increased by 7.3% over the precious year. Of the total, the local finance amounts to 72.55 billion yuan, increased by 10.3%; the state revenue amounts to 81.1 billion yuan, increased by 4.8%. The public budget expenditure of Ningbo reaches 82.84 billion yuan, increased by 10.4%.

Since the last year, in face of the complicated economic situation, the taxation departments of all levels have enforced a proactive fiscal policy and in helping the enterprises, they abide by law in tax administration and make great efforts to collect various incomes  and as a result they have done a good work in the task of the general budget. In 2012, the national revenue reaches 91.73 billion yuan, increased by 3.2% over the precious year, making anew record in the history. The local tax income collected reaches 59.57 billion yuan, increased by 96% year on year.

 

The structural tax reductions for enterprises amount to 7.52 billion yuan. The tax reduction and exemption by local tax departments reach 7.468 billion yuan. In addition, the national revenue department constantly speeds up the process of tax refunding on exported goods. In the year, the refunding and exempt export tax reaches 51.159 billion yuan, increased by 17.9%% over the precious year, No.1 in Zhejiang Province.

With respect to economic growth maintenance, the financial departments at all levels arrange special funds of 910 million yuan for the support of foreign trade and released 16 policies and measures for service outsource, marketing of small and medium-sized enterprises and stimulation of key foreign trade enterprises, and strengthened the support to import, exhibition in foreign countries and credit insurance for export.

the city put more money in such fields as education, medical care, social security and in helping the low- income groups.
