The official website of State Administration of Taxation recently released the list of the eighth installment of tax pilot logistics enterprises, among which Ningbo Jiyang International Logistics, COSCO Logistics, Daganghuogui and other 6 enterprises are listed. Since August 1st this year, selected companies can enjoy the privilege of input tax deduction.

Logistics Association of Ningbo claimed that the pilot enterprises, subcontracting transportation operations to other units or individuals, can have a deduction of transportation fee that was charged by the subcontracting units or individuals from the original business tax. In this way, repeated taxation of business tax can be effectively resolved, and tax burden of logistics enterprises can be effectively reduced.

According to the statistics of Logistics Association, till now, there are a total of over 100 logistics enterprises in Ningbo, among which 60% are above 3A level. Previously, 20 local logistics enterprises have one after another been included in the list of tax pilot enterprises
