In recent years, the hi-tech enterprises in Zhenhai District are developing rapidly, becoming leaders in the regional economic transformation and upgrading. The district pays great attention to the role that the hi-tech enterprises play in promoting the regional scientific innovation. On the base of the "Detailed Rules on Accelerating Scientific Innovation", the district has released 8 documents of auxiliary policies for the promotion of regional innovation capacity.

Statistics show that in 2012, the district increased 14 hi-tech enterprises, and the total added up to 53. The output of the hi-tech industries of the district amounts 32.11 billion yuan, covering about 38.7% of the total output of the large industrial enterprises of the district. Scientific and technological innovation has become an important way for the industrial restructuring and upgrading.

At present, the company is applying for the support of the national scientific innovation fund of SMEs for its CA hydraulic motor project.

The district is going to implement the "236 science navigator project" and the "100 high and new enterprise project, to give greater support to the hi-tech industries and enterprises
