In this regard, the Zhenhai District Business Environment Construction Office has tailored the “four maps” of value-added services for the integrated circuit industry, and through drawing a full “service scene map”, a real “resource supply map”, a detailed “handling flow chart”, and a strict “mechanism guarantee map”, it can realize a comprehensive picture of value-added services for enterprises, efficient matching of supply and demand factors, closed-loop disposal of enterprise demands, and accurate positioning of service acquisition.

At the same time, relying on the advantages of the new material manufacturing and production base in the petrochemical zone and the high-level talent reserve of Ningbo Oriental University of Technology (tentative name), it has actively extended the chain and supplemented the chain, and added nearly 100 integrated circuit supporting service enterprises and institutions.
