“The European ski season usually starts in December and lasts until April, which is the peak season for exports.” Yu Haidong, the customs contact person of Liming Metal, said that in terms of the number of orders, the orders in the first 10 months of this year have reached the level of last year, and the total order volume is expected to increase by 10% year-on-year this year.
In addition to ski poles and sandals, ski clothes, ski boots and other shoes and hats are also the fist products exported by the company.
“Shoes, hats and apparel products have always been our dominant products, such as a men’s ski gloves, and this year’s sales will increase by about 10% compared with previous years.” In the product warehouse of Ningbo Maiyou Garment Co., Ltd., manager Chen Mingming is packing ski clothes with his colleagues, “In order to better adapt to the new needs of consumers in Europe and the United States, we pay more attention to the differences in demand in subdivided fields, and constantly update and upgrade from materials to processes to ensure the reputation and competitiveness of Ningbo manufacturing in the world.”
According to the statistics of Ningbo Customs, in the first 10 months of this year, the value of various export ski goods inspected and released at Ningbo Port was 279 million yuan, of which the peak season effect was obvious since the third quarter, and the export value reached 219 million yuan from July to October
