Ningbo, as the forefront of the development of the digital economy, is about to usher in the annual science and technology event - the 14th Smart City and Smart Economy Expo (hereinafter referred to as the Smart Expo). This year’s Smart Expo is scheduled to be held in Ningbo from September 6 to 8.
With the theme of "Digital Empowerment of New Industrialization", this year’s Smart Expo aims to bring together global innovation resource elements, promote the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy, and help the high-quality development of the digital economy in the province and even the whole country.
One of the highlights of this year’s Smart Expo is that the exhibition is large-scale, with a planned exhibition area of 30,000 square meters, with a total of five exhibition halls, including the Digital Economy Complex, the Intelligent Transformation and Digital Transformation Pavilion, the Digital Scene Pavilion, the Future Industry Pavilion and the "AI Empowerment Industry" Pavilion, and will invite Huawei, Alibaba, Sugon, Geely and other leading enterprises and many scientific and technological innovation platforms to participate in the exhibition, focusing on the display of cutting-edge technologies and innovative products such as artificial intelligence, metaverse, digital twins, integrated circuits, etc., to ensure the professionalism and high-end nature of the exhibition.
During the Smart Expo, a series of colorful concurrent activities will be held, including four major sections: opening theme activities, forward-looking seminars, production and data cooperation, event empowerment, and open interaction. Among them, the opening theme event will invite important leaders and a number of leaders in the field of digital economy to attend to witness the signing of major projects and the release of important results; The forward-looking discussion section will focus on topics such as future industries and the integration of data and reality.
