The thousand-Buddha Tower in Tiantong Temple, the Maitreya Statue, and the yachting area at Ninghai, there are some of the newly built scenic areas. According to Ningbo Municipal Tourist Administration, Ningbo this year has started 16 municipal key tourist projects. the Spa Holiday Resort in Yuyao, the Cultural Tourist Resort at Dapeng Mountain in Cixi, the Wet Land at Hangzhou Bay, the Baisha Holiday Village at Xiangshan, Xinhai Holiday Village, and Flower Botanic Garden. It is learned, some new scenic spots including the 3rd phase forest cottages at Ninghai Hot Spring and the golf course at Nanyuan Hotspring area will open to public during the national holiday this year.
