Liu Qi Led the Delegation to Qinghai, Met by Luo Huining and his Team

Liu Qi, the secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and a member of Provincial Standing Committee arrived in Qinghai with his delegation on an investigation tour. On the evening of August 31, Luo Huining, Secretary of Qinghai Provincial Party Committee met with the delegation. Wang Lingchun, the minister of the Organization Department of the Qinghai Provincial Party Committee and Wang Jianbo, Secretary General of Ningbo Municipal Committee, attended the meeting.
Ningbo has a good cooperation with Qinghai and there is a broad space for further cooperation. According to statistics, Among Ningbo enterprises in Qinghai, there are more than 80 ventures, involving a number of areas. The delegation’s visit to Qinghai aimed at improving the work of Tianjun County, hoping to build more fruitful results during the cooperation
Luo Huining welcomed and thanked Ningbo delegation to Qinghai for its support to Tianjun County. He said that as the frontline of China's reform and opening up, Ningbo has made economic and social remarkable achievements in all aspects, creating much experience and showing its thriving vitality. Since the support program began, Ningbo gave great support to in reconstruction projects, industrial reconstruction, reconstruction and other aspects. The work was done in a very solid and good way. I hope both will continue to support and strengthen all-round cooperation, mutual benefit and win-win cooperation to build a new pattern of cooperation.
Liu briefed Ningbo economic and social development. He said that cooperation is a two-way thing that supports win-win result. The entrepreneurial spirit of Qinghai cadres and the masses is worth learning. We will follow the central and provincial arrangement, continue to support Tianjun County as a major political task with high standards. Ningbo and Qinghai industries are highly complementary, so, the two can establish closer relationship to achieve mutual benefit and win-win development. Ningbo is the ancient "Marine Silk Road", an important port of origin, which is currently creating "Port Economic Circle", and striving to become a land and sea hub. Qinghai is a strategic economic zone for Silk Road. It is hoped that the two provinces can further strengthen cooperation in this regard so as to bear more fruitful cooperation.
On the evening of August 31, Liu Qi also visited two Ningbo enterprises in Qinghai and met commercial representatives of Zhejiang. He encouraged them to bring benefits to their hometown after they grow stronger in Qinghai to make contributions to hometown development.
