Nearly 90% enterprises have ample orders

“ We have started our business as early as in the fourth day of Chinese Lunar New Year and are now sparing no effort in every production line to make sure we are able to deliver the goods on March. We have achieved an increase of 80% of our profit in 2014 and also a good start in 2015. ” said Wu Yeping, vice president of Ningbo Qurunning(Kukun) Cable Manufacturing Co., Ltd. After the Spring Festival Holiday, most of the enterprises in Ningbo have started their businesses with an employment attendance rate of 95% in some enterprises.
Workers are busy in producing a batch of biochemical diagnostic reagents at the workshop of Ningbo Medicalsystem Biotechnology Co., Ltd, a key new high-tech enterprise under National Torch Plan. By contrast with traditional ones, this bath of newly developed products are much promoted in quality, thus winning a large quantity of orders. An official of this company has told us that more than 90% employees have returned back to work after the Spring Festival Holiday.
In order to grasp a clear picture of business in small to medium-sized enterprises after the Spring Festival, Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Committee has carried out a special survey on nearly one thousand enterprises. The result is as follows: almost 99% enterprises have restarted their business before the Lantern Festival and nearly 50% enterprises before the eighth day of Chinese Lunar New Year. It is inspiring to find that 5.3% small to medium-sized enterprises have been on a continuous operation during the Spring Festival Holiday, an increase of over 26 times over the previous year. Nearly 90% enterprises have told us that orders are ample with a slight increase over the previous year. It is also learned that more than 10 enterprises had begun their work completely by February 27.
