Ningbo Sets up HR Services Industry Development Fund

Private capital is encouraged to promote the development of Human Resource Services Industry along with the 30-million-yuan contributed by the government. On December 9 the first government-led and private-capital-included Human Resources Services Industry Development Fund was set up in Ningbo, with an expected first phase fund of 150 million yuan.
It is learnt from the 2016 China (Ningbo) HR Services Innovation and Entrepreneurship Summit that Human Resources Services Industry Development Fund is to be established to promote the HR services industry. With a government guide fund of 30 million yuan, 5 times more private capital will be introduced into the fund. The management committee office of the fund is set in Municipal Human Resources and Social Security. The fund will be invested in developing new technologies, platforms and probing into new areas related to HR services industry.
Further cooperation on the talent project was confirmed between Ningbo and Renmin University of China in the summit. Human Resources Industry Institute, Renmin University was officially established in the summit. Settled in Ningbo and based on the local HR services industrial park, college students pioneering parks, key human service organizations and
entrepreneurship training bases etc., the institute will probe deeper into the HR services industry development to promote the cooperation between Ningbo and Renmin University of China and provide academic and intelligent support for the city’s development.
The summit also invited many experts from the HR services industry. They shared the most authoritative and up-to-date information in the speeches and seminars about development of the HR services industry under the new “Internet+ ” trend in the summit.
Vice Mayor Li Guanding also attended the summit and officially announced the establishment of the office of the management committee of the Human Resources Services Industry Development Fund
