Ningbo E-commerce City to build a third-party service platform

A couple of days ago, Ningbo Post Service Cross-border E-commerce Demonstration Park with the coverage of 17,000 square meters was located in Ningbo E-commerce Incubation base. By taking advantage of the incubation base, Ningbo Post Service will integrate services of collective pick-up, logistics storage and financial clearance to create city’s first cluster area of post service cross-border trading headquarters. It is expected to be put into operation on June 2015 and the parcels in the first year are expected to exceed 6,000 with the trade amount of 300 million yuan.
Ningbo has witnessed a prosperous development in e-commerce since last year. To offer complete and professional services to e-commerce enterprises, Ningbo E-commerce City has invested to build the city’s first e-commerce incubation base in 158 E-commerce Industrial Park located in Changxing, Jiangbei district. The incubation is aimed to introduce small and medium-sized e-commerce enterprises, service enterprises for e-commerce as well as the third-party trading platforms to build a comprehensive and multiple service platform tailored for people starting up businesses in e-commerce.
The first phase of Ningbo e-commerce incubation base will begin with 36,000 square meters and establish a cross-border e-commerce demonstration park, e-commerce cloud-storage base and Ningbo Training Center for Online Owners. It is aimed to be a big platform integrating services like logistics, storage, training and financial payment. Currently, domestically famous enterprises including Xinshangmeng of China National Tobacco Corporation, Zhejiang Wangsheng Co., Ltd and COSCO LOGISTICS are located in the park operating business of logistics, storage and third-party trading platforms. Besides, start-up enterprises including Ningbo Paobu Zhinan (running guideline) E-commerce Co., Ltd, Zuowei Youlin and Shengke Sport are settled in the park, bringing the number of enterprises in the incubation base up to 15.
