Jiangdong District Accelerate the Building of Postdoctoral Workstations

According to Jiangdong District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, at present, the district has three post-doctoral workstations, including one national post-doctoral research station (Yunsheng shares), two municipal postdoctoral research units (Ningbo Construction, Far East Chemical), diversifying postdoctoral work.
Postdoctoral talents are an important part of high-level personnel introduction. In recent years, Jiangdong District tightly stick to competitive talent strategy by strengthening organizational leadership, optimizing support policies, and vigorously promoting qualified postdoctoral personnel with the total number of postdoctoral talent rising steadily.
In the first half year, Jiangdong District issued policies for introducing talents in order to increase efforts to support post-doctoral work, encourage employers to establish post-doctoral research stations. Any employer that successfully claims the establishment of post-doctoral research station will be given a one-time 50,000 yuan award; any provincial or municipal post-doctoral research station that has carried out postdoctoral research activities at station was given 100,000 yuan as the establishment fee per year and 30,000 yuan for funding research. At the same time, by giving allowances to postdoctoral fellows in each station unit, the district can make smooth the introduction process. Up to now, 300,000 yuan subsidies have been paid for all types of post-doctoral workstations.
Jiangdong District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau further promotes post-doctoral research platform. Currently, Jiangdong District postdoctoral workstation has basically taken shape and post-doctoral personnel have remarkable results in promoting technological innovation. Yunsheng postdoctoral workstation research projects were included in the 863 national projects with one patent for invention and three patents for utility models.
In addition, Jiangdong District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau uses some activities, research institutes and other channels as a platform to encourage employers to recruit personnel by post-doctoral workstations, for example, Yunsheng post-doctoral research station works with the Shanghai Jiaotong University, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Ningbo materials station to recruit postdoctoral talents, introducing three postdoctoral talents engaged in research and see the successful introduction of Dr. Wang Xinmin at the program of Thousand Talents Program. At the same time, post-doctoral staff play a leading role in promoting the development of talented personnel, Yunsheng has recruited more than 10 talents of all kinds, among which one as top-notch talent, three from Provincial 151 Talent Project, and has successfully built two key provincial innovation teams.
