The first comprehensive job fair was held in Ningbo Human Resources Building on February 28 after the Spring Festival of 2015. Statistics have shown that 261 enterprises were present at the fair, giving 2,217 positions and demanding for 7,491 workers. Over 2,500 applicants have taken part in this fair. Machinery&Electric, commerce and automobile have become this fair’s three major enterprises for recruitment, standing for 40% of all jobs needed.
The vast majority of positions at the fair on February 28 were mainly in machinery manufacturing, machinery&electric, heavy industry, trade, import&export, automobile,motorcycle, finance and internet,e-commerce. They account for 16%, 14.4%, 9.2%, 6.8% and 6% of the total recruitment units. For enterprises, management and technical talents are the most urgently needed and the same is true of general workers.
The first mid-to high-end talent fair named Fortune•Ningbo was held at the Liuting Street Talent Building on the same day after the Spring Festival. 25 famous enterprises were present at the fair, giving 252 positions and demanding for 335 workers. Enterprises like machinery manufacturing, automobile spare parts, electronics & electrics and architecture make up a majority of exhibition units. And most of the positions are general manager, salesperson and engineer for design and R&D. The most profitable job at this fair was offered by Ningbo Yuanwang Huaxia Zhiye Development Co., Ltd as a general manager with the annual income of over 600,000 yuan. More than 60 positions with the annual incomes of 100,000 yuan to 500,000 yuan were also offered.
