Ningbo National Hi-tech Zone contributing to culture construction of Ningbo

The other day, Ningbo National Hi-tech Zone released Opinions on Attracting Talents and the Construction of Special Zone for Talents, which specifies that the park will make more support to business establishment, give supporting subsidies to returned scholars in their business establishment, and give greater support in the use of offices and workshops to the returned scholars. As one of the first talents introduced into Ningbo National Hi-tech Zone, Chu Fenglei, PhD of Culturology, is developing his business under the preferential policies. At present, he is applying for a project for the China Global Expert Recruitment Program and Zhejiang Expert Recruitment Program for Cultural Creative Industry.
