Science and Technology Week opened in Ningbo

The 2013 Science and Technology Week, jointly held by Ningbo Science and Technology Bureau, Ningbo Municipal Propaganda Department and Ningbo Association of Science and Technology, was opened on May 19th in the Zhongshan Square. At the opening ceremony of the Week aimed to promote science and technology in daily life, the first group of science workers were prepared to set off to schools, rural areas and communities to spread science and technology. 
The theme of this year’s Week, falling on the third week of May, is “scientific and technological innovation as well as environmental protection makes a beautiful Ningbo.”
Ten science and technology workers have been employed to promote knowledge in schools, communities, military camps and rural areas.
