Practice base of education modernization settled in Beilun

The practice base of localized promotion of education modernization attached to Chinese Academy of Educational Sciences, the first of its kind in China, was unveiled in Beilun District yesterday. Yuan Zhenguo, President of CAES, Shi Xilin, Deputy-secretary of Party Committee of CAES, Vice-mayor Cheng Yuechong and Chen Dashen, Vice-chairman of Ningbo Municipal Committee of the CPPCC attended the meeting.

According to the cooperation plan of the practice base, CAES will work for the balanced development, high quality, informationization and internalization of the education in the district. On the basis of the six projects such as the construction of demonstrative high school, the employment of eminent headmasters or teachers, the monitoring of the level of balanced quality education, Sino-foreign education cooperation, the construction of smart education information system and the establishment of well-known brands for education modernization, CAES is to promote the district to the position of qualified education modernization district, pilot area of education informationization, education reform and education internalization as well as demonstrative area for learning-oriented society in Zhejiang Province
