Ningbo Science Talent Fair to open in middle September

According to the news conference about Ningbo Science Talent Fair, Zhejiang Ningbo Science Talent Fair is open from September 13 to 17.
In the past seven years, the annual Ningbo Science Talent Fair has made noticeable achievements. Through the fair, Ningbo has introduced over 5,000 high-level talents, over 60 academicians, over 70 international experts. Through the business plan competition held during the fair, over 600 plans have been implemented, 300 projects settled in Ningbo, and 15 of the 20 prize winning business projects by overseas scholars settled in Ningbo. With the fair, Ningbo has opened 54 work stations of academicians, 15 national-level, provincial-level and municipal-level business parks for returned overseas students, 63 post doctorial workstations, and 5 bases for the introduction of overseas talents. Through the fair, Ningbo has jointly established 40 high-level technological R&D institutions, resulted in the agreement of over 600 science intent cooperation projects, and official agreement of 200 projects. The turnover of the projects values over 3 billion yuan.
This year, Ningbo Science Talent Fair will have 12 key activities in 4 categories. 1, talent introduction fair. On the fair, 900 companies will open talks with about 5,000 MA and above students famous universities to be graduated in 2014; 120 companies will offer 800 jobs with the annual salary above 150,000 yuan and they will have close talks with 2,000 working professionals; a meeting of business promotion will be held for 300 returned overseas talents; a meeting on talent training will open for about 140 higher educational institutions and above 1,000 enterprises and public institutions. 2, activities for scientific and technological cooperation. On the fair, a trade talk of high and new scientific and technological achievements will be held at which 120 experts will come and above 500 projects will be promoted; the first auction of hi-tech results will be held; China business plan competition will be held and prize is to be 17 million yuan. 3, activities for high-level experts. Meetings will be held for academicians home and abroad, returned overseas students, diplomats, university presidents and other high-level international talents. 4, meetings of capitals for talents. Meetings will be held for capitals and talents for innovative projects and for services of human resources.
