Ningbo Maker Entrepreneurship Competition to be held

It is learned from the organizing committee of the first China (Ningbo) Maker Entrepreneurship Competition that 30 entrepreneurship teams from colleges or universities in Ningbo and other institutions in and outside Ningbo have signed up to participate in the competition, hosted by Ningbo CAS Makerspace. Their entrepreneurial projects mainly involve internet smart hardware, smart household appliances and new materials and industrial design.

According to the organizing committee, the competition attempts to activate the innovative resources, to spark the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of the whole society and to build a new ecological system for smart hardware and new materials. It aims to serve as a cooperation platform for industrial demands, entrepreneurial teams and capitals, and co-establish an entrepreneurial base with the industrial incubator pattern integrating makers, incubation and industrial resources.
