College Grads Eligible for Flexible Employment Subsidies

It is known from the Human Resource and Social Security Bureau on March 13th that college graduates from Ningbo can enjoy social insurance subsidies if they are employed in a flexible was within two years after leaving school. Those graduates who are not employed can have relevant skills training or career training subsidies provided they are from Ningbo.

It is learned that those eligible for social insurance subsidies can apply for it to the Human Resource and Social Security Bureau established in subdistrict or village in registered permanent residence with personal ID and its photocopy, registration certificate of college graduates in Ningbo and application form of social insurance subsidies for flexible employment for college graduates in Ningbo. The application is conducted semiannually. The application date in the first half year is from 15th to 24th in June, while in the second half year from 2nd to 13th in the next January except for holidays. Subsidies are two thirds of the sum of the minimum standards for payable basic old-age insurance, basic medical care and unemployment insurance within 24 months.

 

As prescribed, those eligible for skill training can take training in the vocational schools, designated training institutions and public-training centers for high-skilled talents. After training, each of graduates who get a special ability, primary or intermediate certificate can get 400 yuan, 500 yuan and 800 yuan respectively as training grants. Each graduate can get one-off full subsidies to cover the appraisal fee.

Full-time vocational skills training by technical schools for unemployed graduates will focus on training of special vocational skills and vocational qualifications at primary and intermediate level. These graduates can gain corresponding training subsidies. The standards of training subsidies for professions in want increase by 30% to 50% on the basis of original related standards.
