"This is mainly because of the demand for professionals in different fields due to the industrial structure of Ningbo." said Qian Yilin, Director of Ningbo Employment Management and Service Bureau. Despite the stable employment situation, there remain many problems. Based on the market-oriented employment situation, Ningbo will actively encourage graduates to seek jobs in enterprises and even start their own businesses. It is hoped that through great efforts the city can increase both the employment rate and entrepreneurship proportion.
