The city entrepreneur association mansion had its foundation laid at the northern gateway to the city on August 17. Zhang Minghua attended the ceremony. The mansion consists of two towers, each with 26 floors, 99.9 m in height, with the total floor space of 38,460 square meters. The two towers will form the shape of Ren (people in Chinese character), a token highlighting the people-centered tenet of the Association, symbolizing the enterprising spirit of Ningbo companies. The investment for the two showers will be 680 million yuan, which will be jointly funded by the entrepreneur association, the Wanqi Group, and Jiangbei Startup Development Co., Ltd. The first tower is to be completed by the end of 2013, which will be a landmark building of the northern gateway.
