Three landmarks to be established in Da Muwan new city

The two projects, China Railway Construction Corporation Limited(CRCC)•Shanyu Town and Ningbo Railway Project•Taibang Town in Da Muwan, have almost been finished and will be opened in August and September. Along with the city project by the Shimao Property, three landmarks will be established.
The three city complexes, covering an area of one million square meters, will provide services of high-grade residence, commerce and finance, tourism and shopping, recreation, culture and amusement, as well as five-star hotels.
According to the plan, more than 250,000 square meters will be constructed and 1.3 billion yuan invested. The first phase of Shanyu Town and Taibang Town will be finished and sold. The construction of 8#、9#、10# parts of the Shimao city project will be begun, facilities of the Shimao Hotel included.
Meanwhile, construction of 26 municipal projects is speeding up, including 9 roads and 10 bridges that are under construction,as well as theme parks and kindergartens to be constructed.
