In Zhenhai Jiaochuan, a 11.6-kilometer-long Haitian forest belt is set up as an environmental safety barrier through cross-town resettlement, which not only promotes the agricultural industrial modernization of 4120 mu of cultivated land in the three surrounding villages, but also integrates scattered industrial land to promote the quality and efficiency of the two industrial parks in the petrochemical economic development zone. A demonstration area of the integration of green industry, science and innovation is coming out.
Zhenhai Jiaochuan area is one of the first demonstration areas in the pilot project of comprehensive land and space renovation in Ningbo. Yesterday, it was learned from the Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning that since Ningbo became the only nationwide pilot project for comprehensive land and space renovation in January last year, 249 renovation projects in 11 demonstration areas in the city have been launched.
These projects explore the "optimal solution" of land space governance by focusing on food and ecological security, the implementation of major national strategies, the improvement of urban functional quality, and the conservation and intensive use of land resources.
"Ningbo will take the comprehensive renovation of the whole land space as the implementation path of the land space planning, and realize the global land renovation." The relevant person in charge of the Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning said that Ningbo will further realize the accuracy of resource allocation, effectively improve the concentration and connection of cultivated land, while strictly meeting the requirements of "double 5%" increase in cultivated land and permanent basic farmland, and greatly improve the people's living environment while improving the quality of ecological environment.
In the specific implementation, Ningbo innovatively constructed the overall pattern of comprehensive renovation of "3 types, 6 areas and 11 areas", formed three types of renovation models of county overall planning, river basin (region) type, and urban-rural complex type, and determined six major renovation areas, including Yuyao and Cixi overall planning area, the surrounding area of Cuiping Mountain, the surrounding area of the Belt Expressway, Xiangshan Port area, the eastern and southern coastal zone of Xiangshan, Zhenhai District and Yinzhou District, as well as 11 pilot demonstration areas.
Since last year, various districts (counties and cities) in Ningbo have implemented policies and innovated methods to "turn soil into gold" and "turn soil into green". In Xiaowangmiao Subdistrict, Fenghua District, the fields are square, the trees are lined, the roads are connected, and the canals are connected. The three permanent basic farmland "thousand mu square" are concentrated to form 15000 mu of good farmland. Xiangshan strengthened the "land and sea coordination", launched the implementation of the renovation of the central urban area of the eastern coastal zone, sorted out and identified 51 renovation projects such as the land landscape, urban renewal, and industrial land withdrawal, and established and operated the "two mountain cooperatives" on the sea, and the marine ecological protection and restoration projects of Xitong Port and Xihu Port were listed in the national marine ecological protection and restoration project. Jiangbei plans to optimize the "three living" space, carry out rural ecological restoration projects around Cuiping Mountain and along the Grand Canal, strengthen the ecological barrier, and promote common prosperity between urban and rural areas.
It is reported that the renovation of 11 demonstration areas in Ningbo will be further accelerated this year. 147 new renovation projects will be launched to promote the redevelopment of 8200 mu of urban inefficient land, promote the digital empowerment of comprehensive intelligent governance and integrated application of the whole territory and space, and form more than 10 replicable and promotable reform experiences
