PPP Promotion for Liuheng Highway Bridge Held

Recently, the Municipal Transportation Bureau held a PPP promotion for the first phase of the Ningbo Zhoushan Port Liuheng Highway Bridge.
The Ningbo Zhoushan Port Liuheng Highway Bridge project is a major project that implements the national strategy for regional integration development in the Yangtze River Delta and promotes the “four major constructions” of our province. The project starts from Zhoushan Liuheng Ganyan Interchange, followed by Sungan Highway, passes Liuheng Nanao, Fodu Island, Beilun Meishan Island, Chunxiao, and ends in Beilun Chai Bridge, connecting Chuanshan Shugang Expressway and planned Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway Double Line. The total length of the route is about 30.2 kilometers. The project is constructed according to the standard of expressway with a design speed of 100 kilometers per hour, with an investment of about 17.65 billion yuan. The project will be implemented in stages.
The section from Meishan Interchange to Chaiqiao Junction for promotion is a two-way six-lane highway with a length of about 10.8 kilometers. There are 6 bridges of 8300 meters long, 2 tunnels of 910 meters, and 3 interchanges across the line. The first-phase project is implemented according to the PPP model, with a planned construction period of 4 years and an investment of approximately 4.39 billion yuan
