Fishing moratorium to begin

It has been learned from the Ningbo Ocean and Fishery Bureau that the fishing moratorium will be started from 12:00 on May 1st.
Under the notice of fishery banning and moratorium by Zhejiang Ocean and Fishery Bureau, the fishing moratorium will be ended at 12:00 July 1st for the light luring seine and at 12:00 Sept 16th  for the net luring seine. 
From 12:00 May 1st to 12:00 June 30th, trawlers and other fishing boats catching hair-tail fish that are laying eggs are forbidden to enter the moratorium area.
