Beilun recruits workers in Sichuan

Recently, with the support of the Beilun Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, nearly 10 companies have formed a recruitment team and set out a tour to Chengdu and Guangyuan in Sichuan Provinces. With nearly 2,000 job vacancies, they planed to establish labor co-operation and the school-enterprise co-operation in Sichun Province.
Since 2004, Beilun District has the established labor co-operation program with more than 10 provinces and cities including Anhui Province , Sichuan Province, Jiangxi Province, Hunan Province, and Guizhou Province. In addition, Beilun has built more than 40 long-term labor co-operation bases, which have trained more than 30,000 skilled workers for the companies and factories. With the tight demand of labor this year, the labor co-operation bases serve as a "green channel" and alleviate the shortage of skilled workers in the textile, clothing, electronics and other industries.
In order to boost the development of the enterprises, Beilun also established long-term co-operation with 47 universities, aiming to attract high-level talents. In addition, a pilot program to invite graduate students to serve temporary positions in enterprises is underway. Days ago, Beilun Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security held talks with the school authority of Chengdu University of Technology on further cooperation and signed a series of agreements on talents supply and technology research
