From October 8, Ningbo Culture, Radio and Television Administration Bureau was informed that from October 1 to 7, the city's tourist attractions received 11.0354 million visitors, up 13.97% year-on-year. Achieved total tourism business income of 283 million yuan, an increase of 28.05% year-on-year. The average room occupancy rate of the city's accommodation facilities was 65.52%, recovering to 96.23% of the level of the same period in 2019.

Yuyao starts construction of state-level mountaineering trail

On October 23, the route release ceremony of the state-level mountaineering trail of Siming Mountain in Yuyao County and the golden autumn climbing activity were held at the entrance of Yang'e Ancient Road in Liangnong Town, Yuyao County. Over 200 outdoor sports lovers from Yuyao County, Cixi County and other places participated in the activity. At the opening ceremony, the route of the hiking trail at the Siming Mountain was officially released, marking the official start of the construction project of this mountaineering trail.

Reportedly, the total length of mountain climbing trails in the Siming Mountain area of Yuyao County is 800 km, which cover eight towns (or sub-districts), and form the overall layout of "three vertical and two horizontal lines", "eight rings" and 16 high-quality routes. The new thousand-li mountaineering trail will link up the Siming Mountain scenic area, the mountain villages, the agricultural viewing spots, home-stay inns, and farm-stay restaurants in Yuyao County, equipped with the tourist stations, sign systems and safety warning reminder systems. With the digital mountaineering system, the picturesque trail will integrate some ancient roads to build the best section of the Tang Poetry Road of eastern Zhejiang Province.
