Cixi private enterprises increased input for technical transformation

Recently, Cixi Singfen Electric Co., Ltd. invested 20 million Yuan for press automation transformation. The original seven production processes were shortened to one automatic molding one. The new added output of Singfen was expected to 4 billion Yuan in 2012.
This year, a group of Cixi private enterprises increased investment in technology transformation. Up to now, 197 large-scale technical transformation projects were launched with a total investment of 18 billion Yuan. The average investment of each project reached nearly 10 billion Yuan.
According to the introduction of Cixi Economic and Information Technology Bureau, the price of many industrial devices reduced in 2012 in terms of the weak global economic situation. It was a good opportunity grasped by Cixi Companies to develop technology transformation and adjust industrial structure. In order to give more support, Cixi government assigned an annual prize of 40 million Yuan for technology transformation and 30 million Yuan for the investment in emerging industries, up nearly 50% over last year.
The main direction of technology transformation of Ningbo private enterprises was developing new emerging industry. It was learned that a total of 59 projects with each investment of over 10 million Yuan were launched in emerging industry, accounting for one-third of the total technological transformation projects.
At the same time, a reform of technical promotion was accelerated in the traditional industries in Cixi. The Cixing Group Co., Ltd. adopted a series of advanced manufacturing equipments and produced a group of high–class bearings assorted with some global car brands including Benz, BMW and Ford, which made a high increase in the added value
