Chef Jia Zhenggui, the best Huiyang cuisine master in the Shangri-La Group

Huaiyang cuisine, one of four major Chinese cuisines, is honoured as the tastiest and noblest food of South East China.  From 5 June to 15 June 2014, Chef Jia Zhenggui, the best Huiyang cuisine master in the Shangri-La Group, will bring his signature dishes to Shang Palace.  Sample an abundance of Huaiyang cuisine, such as Boiled Shredded Bean Curd Skin with Shrimp and Ham in Superior Soup, Boiled Minced Pork Ball filled with Crab Meat, Sautéed Shrimp and Gingko Nut, Jinling Salted Duck and Braised Pork Spare Rib with Pine Nut.  Aside from the a la carte menu, you can also enjoy two Huaiyang cuisine set menus with your family and friends.
