ecently, the "Phoenix Action" launched its new plan：200 companies will be listed at home or abroad by the end of 2025, including 20 newly listed companies on the Science and Technology Innovation Board; the total market value of listed companies exceeds RMB3 trillion, the total market value of domestic listed companies ranks among the top ten in the country.

According to relevant implementation opinions issued by Ningbo, during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, the "Phoenix Action" Ningbo plan will be implemented to promote the doubling of capital market entities, the quality improvement of listed companies, the fusion and sublimation of intermediaries, and the improvement of financial ecological quality, and strive for the doubling of the number and total market value of listed companies this year.

The plan will continue to promote the "Ningbo sector" of the capital market to strive for the advanced position.

The relevant departments of the city will increase the cultivation of reserve companies to be listed, establish a multi-level and full coverage of the reserve pool of city-level companies to be listed, and encourage companies to go public through multiple channels. If the company’s listing counseling and filing is passed, the domestic submission of IPO application materials is accepted, or the major overseas stock exchanges are successfully listed, the municipal finance will give different amounts of one-off subsidies.
