The Sanya Cross-border E-commerce Industrial Park Co., Ltd., which signed the contract with Ningbo, was officially established in June 2020. According to the 39 specific policies in 11 aspects, including free and convenient trade, free and convenient investment, and free and convenient cross-border capital flow, in the overall plan for the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port, Sanya cross-border e-commerce Industrial Park will give full play to its policy advantages. Currently, in addition to the headquarters in Ningbo, five "Home of CEEC" centers have been established in Hangzhou, Wuhan, Fuzhou, Xishuangbanna and Sanya respectively. It is expected that 60 such "Homes of CEEC" will be open by the end of this year all over the country
