First “state-owned enterprise + private enterprise” model park starts operation

On August 12, International Trade Silicon Valley (Ningbo) Park Management Co., Ltd. officially opened. It is learned that this is the first park operation company jointly established by state-owned enterprises and private enterprises.

"The official operation of the park marks a new breakthrough in the reform of mixed ownership of state-owned enterprises in Ningbo," said the relevant person in charge of the Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission.

It is learned that the International Trade Silicon Valley was jointly established by the SOE Ningbo International Trade and Investment Development Co., Ltd. and social capital - Zhejiang Funing Silicon Valley Business Management Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Yutu Investment Management Co., Ltd.   

The park is located at the junction of Min'an East Road and Haishu North Road, with a building area of 41,000 square meters. It is an important part of Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center. Focusing on the industry of “exhibition, trade and shipping”, the park gathers a variety of supporting industries such as science and technology, culture and tourism to accelerate the entrepreneurial innovation of international trade, cross-border e-commerce, international settlement, warehousing and logistics, and form a one-stop international Trade business resource platform.

As a preferred support project of Ningbo Municipal Government, International Trade Silicon Valley enjoys a superior industrial support policy. Enterprises that meet the policies can have multiple preferential treatments including tax incentives. At the same time, the settled enterprises can enjoy six major service systems including financial services, party and public services, park support services, and more than ten value-added services
