Promotion for NBCIF held in Shanghai

The promotion meeting of the 2019 China (Ningbo) Cultural Industries Fair (NBCIF) was held at Shanghai International Conference and Exhibition Center on the afternoon of March 22.

The upgraded NBCIF will be held at Ningbo International Conference and Exhibition Center from April 12 to 14, jointly sponsored by the Publicity Department of Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee and Ningbo Municipal Government. With a total exhibition area of 40,000 square meters, this year's session will be held in six exhibition halls, with the themes of "international cultural and creative industries", "urban cultural and creative industries", "integration of traditional culture and modern life", "cultural bonded trade and artistic design", "integration of culture, technology and finance", and "cultural Ningbo 2020". The concept of "guest country of honor" is proposed for the first time for the fair, and Italy has

been identified as the guest country of honor for this year’s session. With the introduction of the "Da Vinci's Digital Art Exhibition" and the exhibition of Da Vinci's manuscript models, which will include 40 pieces of duplicates of Da Vinci's manuscript on mechanical design, natural science, human anatomy and sketches, the fair will provide the visitors a precious opportunity to have a close look at the wisdom of Leonardo Da Vinci, the most famous Renaissance master.

The "urban cultural and creative hall" has attracted over 20 cities along the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the Coastal Economic Belt. For example, the reproduction of the ancient musical instruments from the Dunhuang frescos will be exhibited. At the hall for the integration of traditional culture and modern life, the Palace Museum will bring its fashionable cultural and creative products like coffee and cosmetic products. The exhibition for the cultural bonded trade and artistic design will attract such key artistic design institutes as the Central Academy of Fine Arts, the Academy of Arts and Design of Tsinghua University and the China Academy of Art. The hall for the integration of culture, technology and finance will display such advanced technologies as intelligent waste sorting, intelligent exhibition hall, sharing mobility and 3D printing by exhibiting the related enterprises and products like intelligent robots and intelligent musical instruments
