On the morning of Apr.15th, Mao Zhengping, HR manager of Ningbo Huayi Ningchuang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd rushed to Ningbo Talent Building, desiring to add more fresh blood with foreign study experience to her company from 2017 Overseas Students Job Fair.
With the advance of talent and innovation strategies in Ningbo, the demand for talented returnees in such fields as finance, commerce, education, electronic information and intelligent manufacturing is rising day by day. At the same time, returnees are becoming more willing to work in Ningbo. In recent years, Ningbo receives an average of 2000-odd applications for education certification per year.
